Jeannette Byrd
CPA
Jeannette has over 30 years of experience in public accounting with an emphasis on business and individual taxation, controller services and tax representation. She is a CPA who has extensive experience in law firm and other personal service firm accounting and taxation. She received her BSBA in Accounting and her Masters of Science in Taxation both from University of Central Florida.
Izel Sykes
CPA
Izel’s education includes a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Santo Tomas, and a Masters in Accounting from the Keller Graduate School of Management, as well as being a Certified Public Accountant, with almost 10 years of experience assisting business with their accounting needs. She also has a Black Belt in Taekwondo, so best to get her those receipts and expense reports when she asks nicely. When Izel isn’t hard at work keeping your numbers in check, she’s a proud wife & mother, with one of the cutest kids you’ve ever seen.
Patti Deegan
CPA
With over 30 years of experience in public accounting, Patti’s focus has been centered on tax representation, controller services and individual taxation. She received her BSBA in Accounting from the University of Central Florida and has significant experience with personal service firm accounting and taxation, particularly in the legal and professional services industries.
Courtney Wages
Sr. Accountant
Courtney got the Accounting bug early on and received a BS in Accounting from Auburn University Harbert College of Business, and is nearing completion of her Masters in Accounting from the University of Central Florida. While Courtney manages clients across multiple industries, her specialty is Law Firms. Courtney also has the distinction of being a Loving dog mom to Charli, or Charli Girl as her friends call her, who along with her sister Lily, are Byrd & Associates Chief Happiness Officers.
